TAE10 workbooks available

TAE10 workbooks availableIBSA has released new learning and assessment resources for the delivery of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

IBSA learning and assessment resources are designed to facilitate best practice teaching and learning, with the highest level of compliance.

Participant Workbooks and Assessment Materials have been developed on an individual unit basis. Participant Workbooks are highly interactive, and come with an accompanying web link that provides participants access to an up-to-date VET glossary and a range of delivery and assessment templates in Microsoft Word format. Assessment Materials meet the TAE10 Training and Education Training Package requirements and the range of assessment required under the AQTF.

A range of holistic assessment materials have also been developed for the core units of TAE40110 to allow maximum flexibility in delivery.

To complement IBSA's Participant Workbooks and Assessment Materials, comprehensive Facilitator and Assessor Guides have been designed to provide the highest level of delivery and compliance support in both the group and distance-learning environments.

TAE10 Facilitator and Assessor Guides have been designed by competency field to promote holistic learning.
Facilitator and Assessor Guides include:
• session plans
• presentations
• assessment plans including mapping against: 
    - unit performance criteria 
    - critical evidence/specific criteria 
    - Employability Skills
• training support references
• assessment checklists
• variations for group-based or distance-based learning
• unit of competency.

Core Unit Resources, Elective Unit Resources and Holistic Assessments will be available in October.
