G Bookmarks2007 Harmonising Licensing Month Information Sessions
Licensing Line News, on behalf of the Queensland Department of Education, Training and the Arts, cordially invites you to join us during Harmonising Licensing Month in August.
Harmonising Licensing Month will explore the harmonisation of all occupational requirements across all jurisdictions and with the vocational education and training system.
This year's seminars will focus on changes to licensing regimes and fostering communication between licensing and training stakeholders.
Information sessions will focus on the following areas:
- COAG licensing initiatives
- VET perspective of licensing initiatives
- Electrical licensing issues
- Building and construction licensing issues
- Aligning WHS with the VET system
- Smartcard licensing
- Update on AVETMISS
- Fit and Proper Person
- Maritime licensing
