Comcare's 2010 national conference will concentrate on the critical health and wellbeing factors impacting your workforce. Helping injured people stay in work, or return them to work as soon as possible is known to be beneficial to their health. Therefore, the need for a more robust, flexible and collaborative work environment has never been greater.
Through system improvements, employee engagement and people development, speakers will look at holistic approaches and best practice case studies to injury prevention and management to ensure organisational health and effective people management.
Industry experts will explore topical issues surrounding safety, mental health and employee wellbeing. This event will provide leaders at all levels with practical strategies and ideas to better-manage the health of their workforce.
The objectives of the conference are to:
