Training and Education Training Package endorsed

The new TAE10 Training and Education Training Package has been endorsed by the National Quality Council. 

The NQC secretariat has advised Innovation and Business Skills Australia (IBSA) of the following:

The NQC policy for training and assessment competencies to be held by trainers and assessors under the AQTF Essential Standards for Registration (Standard 1.4) is based on the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, which will be superseded by the revised Certificate IV in the TAE10 Training and Education Training Package. The Council will be reviewing its policy determination on the training and assessment competencies to be held by trainers and assessors under the AQTF at its next meeting on 17 June 2010.

TAE10 contains the newly revised Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, the newly developed Graduate programs in Language, Literacy and Numeracy and the relocated qualifications from Business Services
