Ministerial approval removed for training package endorsement process

The National Quality Council has announced that the Ministerial Council for Tertiary Education and Employment has agreed to remove the requirement for Ministerial approval of all NQC Training Package endorsement decisions.

This decision effectively shortens the endorsement process by fourteen days thereby enabling endorsed changes to training packages to be published on the National Training Information Service immediately after they have been agreed to by the National Quality Council.
