Amendments to the Qld Electrical Safety Regulation

Queensland's electrical safety legislation has been updated through the introduction of the Electrical Safety Amendment Regulation (No2) 2009.

These amendments to the Electrical Safety Regulation 2002 simplify the insurance requirements for applicants for the electrical contractor licence and clarify the consultation requirements when licensed electrical work is undertaken in the vicinity of electric lines.
