Changes to training package policy

The National Quality Council has agreed to various policy changes for training packages.

Agreed to at the NQC's June meeting, the changes relate to:

  • entry requirements and pathways
  • pre-requisite units of competency
  • categories of change for units of competency and qualifications
  • continuous improvement and endorsement
  • assessment guidelines
  • co-requisite units of competency.

The changes agreed to by the NQC have been incorporated into the online Training Package Development Handbook.
