New qualification requirements for NSW property agents

The NSW Office of Fair Trading is advising that new qualification requirements for all licences and certificates issued under the Property Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 commenced on 19 June 2009.

The changes align the qualifications requirements with the Property Services Training Package (CPP07).

Full details about the qualification requirements, as well as information about the work permitted by the holder of each type of licence, are available from the Fair Trading website.
