Assessment guidelines for WA building registration online

The Builders Registration Board of Western Australia now has assessment guidelines on its website for people wishing to undertake the Board's written assessments.

Applicants who have not completed the Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) - Builders' Registration Pathway may demonstrate to the Board their competency by undertaking the Board's written assessments.

The Board has developed guidelines for applicants undertaking the revised assessments. The guides cover the following three assessment papers:

• building construction
• building quantities and estimating
• financial, contractual and legislation.
