Project to update Food Processing Training Package

The Agri-Food Industry Skills Council is seeking feedback from industry as parts of its project to bring the Food Processing Training Package (FDF03) up to date with latest industry requirements and national training package policies.

A first draft of revised qualification frameworks can be viewed on the skills council's website.

These new frameworks have been developed in response to industry requests for simplified qualification rules. The proposed changes to the qualifications are outlined in the Discussion Paper provided. A second draft will be developed based on feedback received to this first draft.
