Comments sought on proposed improvements to the Aviation Training Package


The development of units of competency for the Air Transport Pilot Licence is one of three continuous improvement projects for the Aviation Training Package currently being undertaken by the Transport and Logistics Industry Skills Council.

The three projects are:

  • development of competencies for flight instructors
  • review and validation of additional skills sets (including cross training package skills sets)
  • development of competencies for the Air Transport Pilot Licence, and a review of defence helicopter competencies for inclusion in the training package.
