Mandatory code of conduct for the NSW smash repair industry - update

In the November 2006 edition of Licensing Line News, we featured a story on the mandatory code of conduct for the New South Wales smash repair industry.

Areas of the code relating to network repairer schemes and disclosure obligations commenced on 30 March 2007.  Penalties apply for breaches of the code, however these will only be exercised if dispute resolution practices are unsuccessful.
